Gold's aint the best, but me and my workout partners got a much better deal than what we would have gotten at Lifetime Fitness. Plus basketball courts and a pool are some crazy upgrades for me. I really can't wait to start out.

I can tell its an upper body emphasized session, but you didnt seem to do much for any major muscle group really. You did enough for chest, but it focused on incline movements, and you did two movements for your back (4 is the minimum IMO, a low pull, high pull, row, and dead). And one movement for shoulders... You place emphasis on different muscle groups every few sessions?

This is what i mean by the log looking like you just go in and pump iron without much of a plan.

Also, my shoulders are pretty wide and the other parts already lag behind them.

I get what your saying about 4 exercises being alot to fit for just one muscle group in a upper session, but if you lift with intensity and keep the rest times to 2-3 minutes per set, it shouldnt be too much of a problem IMO. I have plenty of energy when i lift, so i dunno.

But i understand where you are coming from.

Good mornings - 135x6, 155x6, 165x6, 185x4 (not full ROM)

ugh, next few sessions I will be working out kinks on squatting. I know for a fact I GM out of the hole and I need to fix it asap.

I'll be working out at the school gym tomorrow for heavy upper, so the exercise choice might be a little different than usual :ughnoes:

considering the motion of good mornings, i tried those once
just very uncomfortable. but damn you sure did pwn on those man!
