40 minutes of a cardio kickboxing class (extra credit for Health class)

DB Press - 60x10, 80x6, 90x4, 95x2, 80x5, 70x8
OH BB Rows - 185x6, 205x6, 165x8, 175x8, 185x8
Pullups - x6
Chin ups x6
Lat pulldowns - 170x8, 170x8
Standing Alt. BB Militaries - 115x6, 125x3, 115x3, 95x8, 95x6
Standing Alt. DB Curls - 35x10, 40x8, 45x6
Dips - x10, +45x6, +70x3, x10
Standing Hammer Curls - 55x6

Going to take the next two days off to get the school work in check so I don't get overloaded next week, will be a nice little break also.

lunges and good mornings look impressive
considering the motion of good mornings, i tried those once
just very uncomfortable. but damn you sure did pwn on those man!

Those kickboxing classes can be pretty rough! I had to take one for a class last semester. Great work on those presses in your last workout!

10 minutes of laps in the pool

2 30 minute games of basketball

Bentover Side Laterals - 25x15, 30x15, 30x15
Preacher EZ Bar Curls - 40x15, 60x9, 50x10
Rope Pushdowns - 42.5x15, 50x15, 57.5x15

30 minutes of basketball

Today:

3 hours of basketball with probably 15 minutes of total rest. We played two full court games and four half court ones. God it feels good to be on the court again.

Good session there.. How do you like regular decline bench? I prefer Decline hammer strength machine, it really allows a great stretch.. Just my two cents
