215 on bench is worth posting for, its an impressive amount of weight to lift.

Sorry fellas, took about a two week break and it took a while to get back into the groove. I was honestly burned out. I've been doing to jiu jitsu and swimming to stay active though. Food is cleaner than usual. Last time I updated this log I was 195 and about 14% bf. I quickly dropped down to 185 when I stopped lifting, now I'm back up to 192 or so and I look leaner. All my strength is back and even better in most areas (except legs..but I've added an inch back to them since I've been working out).

Here's the only thing I remember from my workout on the 4th:

CG Bench - 135x5, 175x5, 175x5, 175x5, 175x5. I could've bumped up to 185 but didn't trust anybody to spot me.

Here's today's legs session :carduindisguise

Squats - 135x6, 185x5, 205x2, 205x2, 95x20 breathing
Smith Lunges - 135x10
Seated Leg Curl - 70x12, 90x10, 100x10
Leg exts - 70x12, 90x10, 100x10
Leg adductions - 100x20, 150x20
Leg abductions - 100x20, 150x20

Hopefully I will be able to post my back and shoulders tomorrow but my work schedule is kind of fucked.

Thanks for the support guys, it feels great to be back and posting again.:xyxthumbs:

Hypo - thanks bro and my workout partner gets in town tomorrow just enough time for chest:ughnoes:
Freako - I have been doing it for about 4 months, going 2x a week for the last month. We do it at my friends house just b/c I don't have the funds to go to class with them. I love it. Is Judo similar?

Today:

Deadlifts - 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 245x5, 275x5 been a while:wutyousay:
Pullups med grip - x6, x6, x4
Seated DB Shlder press - 55x8, 60x7, 70x0 :methman:, 60x4
Underhand BB Rows - 135x12, 155x12, 165x12
Seated DB Rear delt raises [no rest] - 20x10, 15x12, 10x15, 5x20
BB Shrugs - 135x10, 155x10, 185x10
DB Farmers Walk - 70x20 stepsx4

Everything felt great, PWO = 50g ON Whey + 70g Dextrose

Judo was derived from ju jitsu and was refined as more of a competitive sport. Good lifts and I like how you're using the farmers walk.

Weapon - Thanks, I want to get up to 3 plates a side for a few reps.
Hypo - Yeah it fluctuates between 190-195. I'll see how far I can go w/o getting to fat:ugh:
Freako - that's cool, did you compete in judo? and yeah the farmers walk is fun, I gave my straps to my friend and i'm really trying to get this grip strength up.

Yesterday:

Incline db press - 50x12, 60x10, 65x7, 70x5
Decline BP - 175x6, 185x5, 195x3, 205x2
cable crossovers - 30x12, 35x12
BP negatives - 195x5, 195x5, 195x5

going to put the negatives at the end of each chest session for a month and see how it works.

Yeah I competed for a few years but lost interest in the end. My brother ended up going on to compete nationally and has a 2nd dan black belt now. I don't fuck with my brother .
