That is a hellof a workout to do in a lunchbreak!
As for the deads - I alternate between sumo's and romanian deads every other workout and manage to increase each session so you should be fine.

Lionheart - Thanks dude, my chest is getting there. I think I'm going to take a week off of all the deadlifts and then go at it like you say with rack dl's every other week and do something similar to what Rocky said.

Thanks dude. I feel weak when looking at your log eric! My squats have always been embarassing but I am putting most of my effort into perfect form and just hoping the weight comes in time. I usually warm up with Leg extensions...should I bother doing a warm up set of squats before the 5x5 or just jump into them like today?

Yeah I was supposed to do a double date and see the movie, but everyone was cool with me having to work and it looks like we're going to just get a huge group together sometime next week. I can't freaking wait!

haha, not anymore..I'm getting too fat ;). But na it's lame because they'll close for any holiday (Christmas Eve wtf??) and their hours are ridiculous.
