Thanks T. Since I’m trying to keep carbs low I have to do something to keep it interesting.
I see I need to get more creative when it comes to diet

My diet even when I bulk is about the same except I incorporate carbs and increase my volume of protein to 8oz instead of 3-4oz. But yeah when you eat chicken 3+ times a day you have to get creative but walk the line and keep it healthy. I use the grill a lot and use a lot of dry rubs and seasonings. Even my dressing is the 0 calorie dressing and I spice it up with sriracha, Franks or tapitio sauce.

I've been getting real bad haertburn from the high deca, so it's hard to use any sauces. I get it from anything especially at night. I can do the dry rubs tho. I love sirachi sauce for sure tho. Especially on my chicken breast

On my workout, one of the ab exercises I do I call Rocky 4’s because I don’t know what else to call them. I give them that name because it is one of the exercises that Rocky does in Rocky 4. It’s a push but I’m up to 4 sets of 8 and they still kick my butt. IMG 3101

My wife don’t like Stevie! I guess even great relationships aren’t prefect. Haha.

Sounds like we’ve got a lot in common. I’m also 5’5.5” and about 50-70 lbs over where charts say I should be. I don’t think the charts were written for us.

Brother when I was in the service. I weighed 205lbs everyone just called me big. It was probably the best time of my bodybuilding career no shows but I was a freak and everyone on base new exactly who I was. But in bdu's or combat dress. I looked as round as I was tall and every year they tried getting me on the fat boy program. It was funny as hell. That was a young man's game though I was never comfortable at that weight. Oh and my wife doesn't like stevie either.

When I bulk I’ll try to push my weight to 195-210 but I feel uncomfortable there. I’d have to say a walking weight of 175-178 at 7-10% BF is my typical. My competition weight I’ll drop down to 152-154 and compete as a lightweight. But my comp days are over , it stresss my wife out too much.

I am so lucky. My wife preps all my meals. And she is the only one that is brutally honest about my physique. She has no problem telling me exactly what she thinks.

That is awesome brother. If my wife would have had me the first time we would have been together that long. I have been in love with my wife since I was 13. We were always friends. And we always had other partners in our lives. But we always looked at eachother a little difderent. Country went to war with Iraq. So I joined up and went to war. Just believed it was what I was suppose to do. At this time she was married to a friend of mine. But when your not sure whether you are ever going to see someone again things change. So the night before I left out I went to her and told her everything how I had felt everything. 20 years later we made it happen. Now we have been married for 13 years and honestly everyday has been a honeymoon.

So the night before I left out I went to her and told her everything how I had felt everything. 20 years later we made it happen. Now we have been married for 13 years and honestly everyday has been a honeymoon.

Thank you for your service. I served 8 years USAR got out in 92 when I met my wife. Again. Thank you for your service.
Thank you for your service brother. USAF was where I was. Spent whole tour after tech school over seas.

The only sides I ever noticed are a little nausea, which usually passes after a week or so, and being just freaking tired, to go he point of almost narcolepsy. I mean can not keep my eyes open. So I take it at night and I sleep. No problem. Ive never had hallucinations or any he twitching that some people have. Just like any med, there are negative sides but for me the benefits out weight them. Increased recovery time with sex is always an upside. I’m 51 and prami gives me a recovery time of 5-15 minutes. This has really been great and his cycle because my wife has been running a Var cycle so her sex drive has been through the roof. I run prami every time I cycl with tren, Deca or NPP and right no I’m running both NPP and Tren.
