I noticed you did leaning side cable raises. Leaning single arm with cable or free weight is my favorite way to work side delts. The movement is so smooth!

Yeah. Sometimes it’s tough getting through them especially on my right side since my shoulder surgery. But it seems like the more I do them the more I can do them.

Just to be clear I have been running Anadrol and not anavar. But dropping Anadrol, yesterday was last dose.

So gear is only:
T3 100 mcg every day
ECA Stack every day
Test cy 2x aweek at 50mg
HcG 500 iU a week
Lethro at .75 every other day- been running anastrzole but decide to go back to lethro
Couple more days of LDG4033 at 25 mg a day

Also Incase you’ve been watching my diet you’ll notice that I’ve started taking in quiet a few carbs. Muscles were looking a little flat. I’ll lay off carbs the next couple days and see where I’m at. If needed I’ll bump some carbs the past couple days.

I stopped Anadrol too.
Started 50mg ANAVAR but....
I am just ready to cruise the gear route I chose required alot of pinning.

Competitors push you to be and do more than you thought you could at the start. All of you guys are true competition/competitors and it is because of y’all that I have pushed myself as hard as I have to achieve what otherwise would be unachievable.
Not matter what happens, I love you guys and y’all will always be my brothers and friends.

I did!. Very few sides, maintained muscle mass quit well and I feel like my body fat has decreased. I’ll check with caliper calculations this eeek.
