Any way, ran 7 point caliper this am, shows I’m sitting about 6% currently. Have about 6 lbs to drop by Sunday to hit my goal of 154- but I’ll be satisfied if I’m sitting at 156. Workout and meals as usual.

Lethro works wonders sometimes. I’ve heard that it’s used a lot as a PHD all by itself without any gear.

Nice leg workout & nothing wrong with enjoying some good food with the family. Worth it, imo! Kids grow to quick to miss out. Besides, at least you threw in some protein shakes lol.

So my cardio didn’t happen today: little bummed out about it.

I did go fishing, quite a bit of walking around the lake.
I played in the sprinkler with my grandson, and to be honest, keeping up with him is cardio in and of itself, man what a firecracker.

My wife, lol!! She doesnt know how to eat or cook healthy well.
Her diet is to starve. But she lost her weight this year. But we, me and kids paid the price.
I told her, when she is eating it taste great but when she isn't heart burn city. Lmao!!!
