Never had Popeyes, but I want to sooo bad! Kfc many times, but not Popeyes. I love spicy cajun food & I hear their spicy chicken is the bomb!!

Spicy is the only way to go!! KFC is ok. I’d have to say that my 2nd for fried chicken is Churches.

Been a tough week. The industry that I work on is kicking up as the temperatures start to increase so I’ve been working 10-14 hour days. Sometimes it takes all I’ve got just to hit my workouts. But it’s all good. Still hittin it

What i do when I am busy like u.
Is I workout for lunch break at chain gyms in area I am in.
I bring all my food and do a 30-40 minute full force blowout for lunch
I got ripped in my avatar doing that from Oct 15 to Dec 1 this 2017

Regardless of work, I hit the home gym at 3:30am. Get my lifts in and if I have to forgo something it’s cardio. Of course the down side is that I don’t drop body fat as fast as I’d like to. I eat breakfast post workout and take 2 meals and 2 shakes to work with me.
