My diet is going to be kind of screwed the next few days. Going out of town on business for 3 days. Up side is that I’m staying at a Marriott and it has a decent fitness center. Biggest concern is that my boss and VP are going and both can put down the alcohol. I know if I don’t limit it being off diet I could pack on some weight in 3 days.

Thanks. Yeah I haven’t had French toast in a while. Trying to get lose ends tied up before I go out of town and the grocery store has a market grille so I let my guard down and took the wifey to breakfast.

Theres nothing wrong with having something you crave once a week i do after legs every Saturday and i contribute it to helping my sanity as well as boosting my metabolism allowing me to burn more fat keeping me lean! Cheat meals or refeeds are very beneficial when dieting as long as you dont get too ridiculous with them
