Good stuff. I've got pics of meals I've been eating for the last 3 or 4 days, but haven't posted em em yet. Could always use some new food ideas. I might buy some broccoli tomorrow

Yeah I hate puking. As much as I like tuna I may never eat it again. Feeling better today and getting workout in.

As long as your staying hydrated,as far as lack of food ...from experience I know when I have been sick and missed meals that as soon as I went back to eating regularly my body absorbed the nutrients like a sponge. Focus on feelin better and may u get well soon bro!
