lost 10 lbs, im 197 now. No lost in BF, all muscle.
Ive been kinda sick since christmas eve. Still havnt fully recovered. When i do, im going try and get back to 210 and then start cutting again.

Despite being sick, i'm still doing cardio and training moderately heavy. I manage too lose some bodyfat.

Right now im 198ish. I'm pretty much over being sick, but i'm still kinda weak.

Small update: Waist is down to 32in, Weight is ?-have no scale.

I'm lookin pretty vascular, bellybutton is stickin out a bit, abs are showing, obliques are showing. sorry for no pic, hav no camera.

Need you opinions, would you guys think it be cool if i had website where all of my prep gets documented. I would film my meals/recipes/training/posing/etc. I have it where people give there opinions the way im doin my prep.

Hopefully it'll be a cool learning experience for me and others.
