Thanks tkD! yeah im gonna really work at these squats, ive given myself till the end of the year so i dont rush it, thats all. I dont want to be injuring myself hehe

Hypo = Yeah man, i used to bench the 37.5kg dumbells and nearly got to the 40's... but ill get there again soon enough :)

sweet front squats cutey how do you hold your hands for them? the bar slips for me when i dont use palms away from body technique. Palms away from body hurts my wrists tho :(

Thanks mate! im using palms towards body... im thinking i should probably start using palms away from body, cus even at 80kgs it was starting to slip, although i was able to control it more.
