didnt hit back... Had a gig on the weekend, and we were rushin round, when i lifted my Cab i felt a little niggle in left side of my back (pretty sure in the spinal erectors) so im giving back a rest this week just in case. It still feels a bit tight, so im just stretching it out regularly and trying to give it a break.

you doing well bro, don't force it if your back doesn' t feel ok, take care and i wish you a fast healing :2:

My shoulders felt pretty fucked after this, i havnt just trained shoulders on one day for a long long time. It was a good change. I would have done DB shoudler press or Arnolds but there werent any benches free... and the smith machines were taken up as well :disgust:

Thanks man! Bands im listening to currently are Deeds of Flesh, suffocation, decapitated, cannibal corpse, Symphony x, Iced Earth and Morbid angel.

If you wana check out my band the myspace is www.myspace.com/amartyr . I wouldnt check it out for a couple weeks though, we are finishing up our EP and just trying to get payment done and whatnot. The songs that we have on there currently are just shite haha the new ones are much better done.

Thanks man! usually hit them a little bit with back, but they always seem to get pretty fucked up when i do BB rows and stuff, so i rarely do any isolation exercises for them.

oh excuses;)..did the same thing as you before because i really hated doing them,but these days i really enjoy blasting them and it shows.Good rear delt development can actually give you more widht to your shoulders:xyxthumbs:

..but then again your rds might be just awesome:wutyousay:

hehehe maybe it is an excuse :p we'll see how it goes, i rarely just do a shoulder workout anyway. might throw them in there in my back workout
