As far as pullups go, i cant do them for shit, but ive been tryin really hard. i might do them twice a week to give them a kick in the arse
solid deads bro bb rows looking good too as for the pullups, just remember to keep ur form tight and have a set number of total reps u wanna complete in ur workout and ull see them come up. like u do 3 sets and set ur goal at 15 total pullups, next time ure gonna get 16 i remember that worked for me the first time i started out with em.
don't worry for pullups bro, you'll do them with extra weight in no time, just the start it's a lil bit difficult, like in everything else, but the strength for them will come ... i do them every day, no matter what muscle group i train, i do 2 sets of 10-12 reps just for warming, and in this way i improved a lot my numbers and sets on pullups
