All in all im pleased with this workout... next week gonna hit the 35kg DB's for flat bench.

my goal with bench is to be pressing triples with the 40's within a couple months, then onto the 50kg dumbells (the heaviest in the gym) :xyxthumbs:

The way im goin now... it looks like this couple be a possibility :D

strong benches buddy, both flat and incline's, you'll be pressing with dumbells of over 40 kgs in no time :2:

didnt hit back... Had a gig on the weekend, and we were rushin round, when i lifted my Cab i felt a little niggle in left side of my back (pretty sure in the spinal erectors) so im giving back a rest this week just in case. It still feels a bit tight, so im just stretching it out regularly and trying to give it a break.
