didnt hit back... Had a gig on the weekend, and we were rushin round, when i lifted my Cab i felt a little niggle in left side of my back (pretty sure in the spinal erectors) so im giving back a rest this week just in case. It still feels a bit tight, so im just stretching it out regularly and trying to give it a break.
