if u dont wanna use roids,
Buy havoc, from what ive seen ppl are getting awesome results.

I havent been to the gym in a week

11PM to 8AM 5 days a week

been taking 2 havocs before my 10hour shift at work (5 days a week ) 11PM to 9AM.
since i move pallets,loads, heavy boxes without ever getting to sit down
this job is awesome, though most would complain cus of stress or some shit
i love the pain, moving heavy shit, i dont complain about the hours, fuck i could work there for a 15+ hour shift if i could.........
