pics are looking solid bro, ur legs are obviously ur genetic trademark, we got something in common there:2: i see they have lost alittle fullness since last time, but that is to be expected when u have a bad knee that prevents u from going all out. anyways, u have some solid size, but i would say that u would benefit from lowering the bf% alittle, cut down to 10-12% and then bulk up again clean. i think u will find it easier to gain that way too, easier to see progress.

First day training legs since my hamstring pull about 1month ago, and I was stiff.......but that was expected though. And for the same reason I took it slow on the squats beacuse I go ass to the ground when doing squats. Still got a really good pump accually.

Then I did chest. And since I haven't been at the gym lately I took it slow here aswell. Using weight that wasn't even close to make me fail. Even though I was fried at 7 for the last set..

The sessions during the week was a the gym, and the arm session was at home.

Yeah the leg seems fine, just stiff..I skipped the deads this week since I use my hamstrings more or less doing them

Heavy DB rows Daniel and nice volume on DB curls..hopefully your leg dont bother much anymore and you can just make them bigger.(legs)

Nope..Im going to start it ín October.
And its not a full on cutting diet, just a little stricter then the one Im one right now
