That sucks about the injury but glad recovery is going well at least. Hopefully your comeback will be ok and you'll be able to at least get some upper body work in!

i am glad to hear ur rehab is going well DA, i know how it is to suffer an injury and how it can get to you. we never seem to appreciate being healthy until we suffer some kind of illness or injury. im glad ur pushing forward, and i hope for a continiued successfull recovery process:)

I was at the doctors today, just game home. Im cleared to train my legs if I want! :hsughr:

The doctor could not see any reason why not. That made me really happy so I did some arms when I came home :)

And as I mentioned before Im going to train in a different way for every bodypart except legs, since I know this wont work for them.
I will start with a warmup set with a weight I can handle for 40-50 reps and then keep going until I feel im about 5 reps from losing my form (which is going to be as close to perfect as possible) but never close to failer.

After that I will depending on how warm I am do a weight I can do for no more then 5 reps then there will be a pause for just a few seconds..then 5 more reps to complete set nr 1. The reps will be really slow and controlled

The session I did today looked like this

12kg [26lbs] - 1x5
12kg [26lbs] - 1x5

Yes Im quite huge right now.
I dont feel any bigger though.
I checked my measurements and Im as big on my upperbody, just a little smaller in my chest and arms, but nothing I can notice actually. Im thicker around the waist since my last pics though..

Im also gaining quite fast in the leg department since Im doing squats as a rehab training (just with 20-40kg though) So they are coming back fast.
So I haven't really lost anything except for strenght. Because my legs will grow with 100 inches when Im back into heavy legtraining and my back will explode after some sessions :dunnodude::keke:

:D Thanks, thats not much compared to what I used to do..Cutlers volume has nothing on me bro :49:
I dont recall the exact figure but I think I was good for 30-40set per session with 10-20 reps in each set
