LOL...talking about being inventive... I jumped up on my kitchen table and did these rows with a rucksack full of weights
That S.O.B neighbor laughted at me when he walked by.. I'll never give him more coffee..
Anyway I could have done more weight, but I dont think the rucksack would've approved...So I didn't. Still got a really nice pump in my back since I did these reps harder then I normally do, really slow up and down. I'll keep doing these for sure!
