Nice work bud, leg wise I personally will be cutting out leg press since the one at my gym is a piece of shit.
A little different this time since Im not really feeling it after just 5 reps, so I went up in reps to 10. Obviously the gym will have bigger weights when I finally get there. I also tried to use 10kg for the rear delt flyes...didn't work at all...I didn't feel it in my left shoulder, but still there wasn't enough power to lift the darn thing of the floor more then twice...the right hand was a totaly different story...I stopped at 12 reps..

db cc curls will surely get your bicep head a good peak, and build good mass on it in general
those benchdips though, damn, lotta weight man..
