Nice laterals DA.If those sets wont give you a pump,i dont know what does
.What confuses me is that your using smaller weights for rear laterals!?I personally can use bigger weighs for rear without too much assistant from back muscles.I know that a big guy like you can do much better or is there something else holding you back?(injury)

so much aching . anyway man, awesome review too!
Couple of solid sessions again. Lots of sets but doing well.
I cant do much weight in such a movement anymore since I tore my rotator cuff. So I thought I'll use a weight I can lift with both hands. I probably could use 10-12kg for the same move...but it wont be good reps with the left arm.
Nice delt work bud, looking light but then agian unless there a Ford symbol on it I can consider it light to me. =P

The rear delt work is light, but the way Im doing the side laterals thats quite heavy...Point your thumbs to the floor while doing side laterals next time and you will hit the middle delt in a very different way
So you are holding the dumbbell upside down? .. trying to visualize it.
A little tired, so it was harder today, not a big problem though.
Hopefully Im getting my new gymcard next week, then the training will change a little, or much.

Back - Deadlift and db rows
Chest - Incline bb press
Biceps - Preacher curl
Triceps - CG benchpress and skullcrushers
Shoulders - Side laterals..might add presses
Legs - Squats and legpress
