also, somethings missing from your quarter turns to the sides, its the delts. so far as these pics go its those and calves = pretty complete

PWO shake with 2 scoops whey and 160 grams maltodextrin/dextrose.

Then, a burger from McDonald's or pizza.

Pretty much. Either that, or another type junk meal after his PWO shake.

He gets a good amount of carbs post-workout. Right now I'm trying to get him to take in more fats.

Pre-workout he has another shake with old fashioned oatmeal blended, or a big plate of whole wheat pasta. Seems like he's been craving the whole wheat pasta lately, can't blame him. It's the best.

Well, 160 grams of carbs in his shake is penty to replenish muscle glycogen, but protein synthesis is still up. A clean meal would do fine in this situation, but I see no better time to have a high calorie meal than at this time. Not to mention, it fits better to his convenience. His previous bulk nearly every meal was a junk meal, so in comparison his diet is relatively clean.

Yeah i understand about the PWO Shake with the high carbs in it, but wouldnt it be wise to also have a clean meal say 45 - 1 hour after the PWO, just something alot healthier after a workout.
dont get me wrong here, the results that turk has gotten with the way he has gone with your help with dieting/bulking , the gains turk has made is amazing!!

But im still confused.. even tho it might fit into turks convenience better to have a junk meal slightly after training but wouldnt it be beter to have a clean meal after training for better recovery, growth, nurtition intake with a better value of source of foods.

Normaly one would have a junk meal once or twice a week as a last meal of the day or when it suits them, but to have it not long after a workout session just confuses me, is there a theory behind it
not to mention a junk meal everyday would somehow hinder some growth or better gains wouldn't it?, but in turks case, he GREW LIKE A MUTHAFUKA :hyperguy: while keeping his bodyfat level at a good %

thanks again everyone i'm pretty excited about all the feedback that i've got....in my eyes i honestly thought the bulk was decent, i really didn't think it was anything great but i guess thats just how i see it :tiphat:

Looking huge Turk. Definately have improved in size and your bf seems lower than your last pre-contest diet. Your back is thick as hell man! and your arms are huge. Can't wait to see you ripped up big guy! :)

thanks big guns, and thanks man i've been pounding my back in hopes of making sum sort of improvement!!!! and my arms are always big haha i obviously work them hard but i just have great arm genetics.....i'm a little excited and nervous to see myself cut down this time around :uhoh2::hyperguy:
