im 100% sure bro, if the chicken is raw and has been sitting in your fridge for 3 weeks, uncooked throw it out, its been there to long
cooked chicken last longer in the fridge then uncooked.

if it tastes weird is going off/ already off

Wow I cant believe you were eating chicken that had been sitting in your fridge for over 4-5 days let alone 3 weeks! As Dridz said just buy enough for like 2-3 days if you dont have a freezer, im shocked you havent gotten sick yet lol.

Log looks solid though man....meals are better than when you started :D Keep chowing down. I'm starting my bulk next week... I may log it as well, helps keep track of everything.

haha thanks beau, it just started to smell and taste wierd yesterday so i should be fine haha, i just bought 8, 6oz steaks should be good for 3 days so after the 3 days ima do chicken again and yes dude start a log it helps alot man and it keeps you motivated!!

im somewhat bulking, cause at the moment im dead broke, i literally dont have a dollar on me, im running out of food, i already ran outta supplements, im just waiting to go to kentucky for training for 4 weeks, i should have a bit over a G, and then i go to virginia for 7 weeks so when i get out ima go on an all out bulk, gear and everything, and just train and go to school
