agreed! The fats are good for hormonal stabilization throughout the night, nice work allstar!
That + a slow digesting protein will make the unsat fats taken most effective, as the release of bile causes a very slow digestive period over night. Which is good!
Is the rice white or brown?
Like I said you need variety, so if this helps:
Other complex carb sources: whole wheat pancakes, breads, waffles, pastas, granola. Sweet potatoes, oats, branm etc. Other vegetable sources: asparagus, broccoli, spinach, etc.
Fats: oils, almond butter (or peanut, but preferably PB).
Variety is essential bro. Phytonutrients, minerals, vitamins, etc. vary and eventually you will lack one of these. Just an option for ya.

honestly carbs is what helps me gain, thats something ive figured out about my body, thats why i eat alot of pasta lol, the rice sometime i eat white sometime brown, i know white is a slower digesting carb or w/e or maybe its brown rice? idk one or the other i think is white, speaking of sweet potatoes i just got an urge for them right now oh man not good...................lol
