yea man its a rough patch in my life in 2 months it will be completely different and i can really concentrate on my training and schooling
Meal 1-6oz steak
Meal 2-2 pizzas, lettuce w/ cheese dressing and corn
Meal 3-46gs whey
Meal 4-6oz steak, egg salad on white bread
Meal 5-2 pizzas, burger w/ cheese, half a cup cake, some fries
Meal 6-4oz chicken breast, 6oz steak
Meal 7-12 mini donuts, 1 pumpkin pie,1 apple pie 12oz milk total calories-1430
total carbs-174, total protein-12, i didnt add the calores from the milk so its more
