lol thanks dude, so far idk if its the diet,NO,brach chain aminos or the zma that working but im at a heavy 208, i think its the NO, ever since that i feel bigger, the new no shotgun is great, plasma jet is great as well it just leaves a funky taste in your mouth lol

it just sucks taking it everyother day i dont like that, but the pump last for along ass time, like idk but i think im growing from that honestly lol, i look pumped all the time, i just dont like the everyother day thing lol also once i take it 2 hours before i have to shit lol and then 30 minutes before i take no-shotgun and shit again lmao
