How the fuck do you have the stomach or time to eat 7-10 meals man. I mean what the fuck, what kinda fiber are you taking. If I get 6 meals I'm jumpin up and down because eventually I'm so clogged up I can't shit lol.

When I did my big bulk cycle I was easily doing 8-9meals a day, every 2.5hrs. It takes a bit to get used to but once you've been forcing it down for a while your stomach gets used to it. I can't remember what my shits were like though... I know I was getting a lot of fibre down at least.

My farts were something else though... :ugh:

i cheat all the time, dude today i weighed myself on a empty stomach after i woke up im at 207 dead to the world i should be 208 normal with water im happy im finally gaining, i felt huge today compared to everyone else, i took off my shirt and my chest was all thick and shit, dude im very happy, but i want more!!!!!!!! btw thanks dude!

also for meal 10, since thats 2 scoops of whey, go for 1.5 scoops and add 200grams of cottage cheese for your last meal.
whats your meal before pre workout?
