^^ Better recently. And yes after years of non-beach muscles workouts I decided it was time to blast my bi's and dash my delts.
Ok Boring But Big is tougher than I thought. Who the hell would have thought 5 sets of 10 with 50% would hurt this much!!!!
I felt like a wimp having to battle for the last two sets of deadlifts last night. It was only 110kg for crying out loud!!
