Pickle: I'm trying to imitate the Fratious benchious brous native to the commercial gyms across the world. Apparently they have swole chests and I'd like my chest to be swole too.

PV: My bench is not as good as I'd like. But this session felt better than most in a long time.

Back session today. Pullups felt surprisingly easy.

190kg x1 - had a second one but had to drop it due to my blood pressure problem. Was literally about to blackout. I'm guessing that singles would be no problem, just that repeated bout without a break to get the heart under control.

Great Deads. What type of blood pressure problems do you have? Sounds like that could be dangerous when you're lifting heavy.

Thanks guys. The blood pressure problem is a side effect of some drugs I'm taking for another health problem. It is one of the noted side effects and I just have to monitor things and know when to stop. That is the reason for the change in my programing and why I just dropped the deadlift rather than trying to keep going. The first rep was dead easy, but the second I got to the knees and just felt the darkness creeping in around my head and let go. I'm guessing the single reps will continue to be fine as long as it isn't a max effort. I think with the new program this will only be an issue on deadlifts and squats (although squats weren't an issue this week), although I'll have to see how the C&J fares.

I know you're wise enough to know this, but take care. You don't want to take "deadlifts" literally, do you?. Nice session nonetheless, be sure you do all your sexy curling in a squat rack.

I doubt tim is has aids. Its a well known fact that AIDS is only amongst the gay community due to the fusion of male poop particles and the sperm cell.

Not likely to be super Aids, I can't fly or anything. But yes I am taking it easy.

Also I do curl in my power rack. But when I do it it is hardcore!!!

Anabolicus: Refreshing. I had a lot of energy to keep doing more stuff because I wasn't really doing heaps of work on any one day. Chest day used to be chest and back, etc. I won't keep on it for too long but it is what I need for the moment.

I should have updated a while back; I've had a cold the last few days and haven't trained. Had a road trip, field work, couple of long days and then was out of action. Hopefully I'll feel on top of things Monday. I did some pullups and front levers an hour ago just for shits-and-giggles and they were fine. I imagine training will be ok as long as I hit something other than legs first in the week.
