Ok I spent the day searching for locusts and I had been sick the last 5 days, so I felt a little flat so I took some SuperPump. After that I felt jittery and it messed with my squats. Got my squat PB out of the hole easily enough but coming back up to parallel and got shaky and dizzy.

This will be the last time I will ever take SuperPump or any other stimulant other than caffeine prior to a workout. So inconsistent with its effect on me it is not funny, and the jittery and dizzy thing is dangerous.

Basic lack of G&D. I had the lift but just felt off lifting it. I've felt this way a couple of times using SuperPump, jittery and light headed when lifting.

So rather than grit my teeth and face the risk of fainting I just dropped it to leave until next week (I have been sick after-all). I agree that I should have a PB very soon. I'm guessing I'm good for ~180kg maybe 185kg.

PV: Yeh it should be easy next time. Didn't feel really heavy, more like a 90-95% lift.

Actually by my mental math Mike could be spot on with the 190kg if it only felt like ~90%.

Had a shitty workout this arvo. I was expecting big things from bench but ended up bombing. Everything felt heavy, including weights that should have been light.

i know how u feel bro, having those kind of days really suck. when even the warmups feel heavy u know its just not gonna go ur way. what do u attribute it too? when my warmups feel heavy, i usually take a week off or deload. cuz in my mind that is a sign of overreaching, and that ure pushing urself into the overtrained zone.

maybe go with a new program or setup? 5/3/1 id definetely reccomend. ull start out alittle lighter and that may be what ur body and CNS needs atm.

I attribute it to hayfever, the flu I had last week (still not 100%) and the work this week. I think it all left me dehydrated and run down.

Didn't really notice and just thought I needed more warmups, but the "warm enough" never came through. Really noticed it on the pullups, 20kgx8x1 is just lame for me.

Pickle: well I was kinda expecting for more energy, especially on the bench day. I was really looking forward to a PB and essentially failed on a weight I had pin pressed the week before.
