Lionheart: They are getting there. I hope it will carry through to the deadlift soon. These little light deadlifts are killing my ego.

Big days of woodworking these past three days. Amazing the difference in energy and grip. Only one grade of sanding to do, then grain sealer, then stain, then laqueur, then polish sanding, then finished.

Aww common guys. My bench isn't that good. I'm just glad that I can bench without shoulder pain at the moment. Plus I've gotten a lot better at maintaining a contracted middle and lower trapezius during the movement which is doing wonders.

Ragamuffini: Yep you're right. Fresh I can curl 60kg for reps so it really is just about a single joint finisher.

Knee is bothering me a bit still. Plus spent yesterday teaching/enthusing some high school kids in science. So I was a bit down today. My grip strength was down by about 10% so not the best session.
