I military pressed 205x5 last night, it was a PB :hsughr:

this is my last week of training for a couple months :tear:

later this afternoon I'll be running for 45 minutes on the treadmill :e5dunno:

I'm hoping to get new pics up before I leave :ughfingers:

I'm moving to Chicago yes and I won't have time to train for a couple months.

When I start training, muscle memory will sure be nice, might even be good for me since gaining isn't exactly the easiest thing for me to do :49:

2nd to last session last night

Shoulders/Lats/Legs

db shoulder pressed the 80s

did some upright rows

Paul did some T-Bar Rows, hit some behind the neck pulldowns.

Paul hit some Sumos, then we both hit a circuit.

Paul did 25 reps of Sumos, it was part of the circuit :ughnoes:

Sunday will be my last session for 2 months, I'll be hitting some chest/arms/traps :tiphat:

Great pushing strength both BB and DB.
Let's hope that muscle memeory works out and you get back up to this high standard quickly.

that's what I'm hoping too.

I think it will be quite beneficial, especially if I keep most my size and come back into things I should get some new induced growth on top of my frame and that will be quite nice even if I'm not quite as strong. This is bodybuilding anyway :tiphat:

last workout for 2 months :tear:

I started off with some Bench, couldn't really focus at all :angrydude:

moved on to some incline db press, threw up the 90s for 5 after hitting Bench :gaygay:

did some skulls supersetted with dips, curls, and then 6 sets of traps. :tiphat:

I'll be posting very little from now until Tuesday morning, then I wont be posting at all for over 2 months.

Nice all-round strength man esp. dips and bench:hsughr:. "Almost Back to Normal", how much more was it in e.g bench?

I'm probably back to normal now actually, I have all my strength back, I'm actually stronger now with the exception of a few movements. Everywhere else though I'm good to go :xyxthumbs:

Welcome back, and to add to the greatness your giving us a killer session straight up.

I agree on the bench thing, go for the heavier stuff directly when you feel warmed up.
