Chest and Biceps

Flat Bench Press - 5 sets

Incline Bench Press - 4 Sets of 12

Incline Db Press - 4 sets

Seated Incline Db Curls - 4 sets of 10

Standing Ez Bar Curl - 3 sets of 20

Abs - 6 sets total

I tried some cardio but my calve kept cramping up no matter how much I stretched it, so no cardio this time around. Today was going to be a day off anyway so I figure no matter what I did was a bonus.

no weights tonight, but, I am going to be doing 2 hours of cardio.

I already made a playlist on my IPOD, it has 2 hours worth of songs I do cardio until the list is over, bang.

Here is a broad game plan.

First hour is the intense stuff. Sprints, circuit training cardio, etc. Second hour I'll cool the intensity down, do some running, then the last half hour probably some incline walking.

Tomorrow is legs btw.

I woke up an hour earlier than I usually do, bleh. So, I'm going running for 20 minutes after I drink a scoop of whey in water.

How's the swimming going?

I used to be a good swimmer when I was in highschool but now I move through the water like a barge and can't even float anymore. And my free-style stroke is retarded due to my fucked up flexibility.

not well at all. I can't even float, I can't free-style, I can't do a damn thing in the water. It's absurd.

Going 16 straight days without cheating on the diet right now. Motivation you ask? I'm going to Myrtle Beach South Carolina in 16 days, word.

little workout today, just did triceps. No cardio today, the tendons running down my hammies are pretty sore and tight and have been for over a week now. The sprints done yesterday didn't help them any either. So I'm giving them a rest, I'm certainly not trying to injure them.

Also, here is a video. I'm not nearly as strong as I once was but hey this is bodybuilding, under the clothes I'm finally happy with what I look like.

This is 195 for 6 reps. My PB on this is 240 for 5 if I recall correctly and that was back in August or September while weighing 220+, ugh.
