So about 3am I ran 2.5 miles just for the hell of it and some incline walking. 35 minutes cardio total.

lol. I've never been in as good of shape as I'm in right now so it was quite easy.

I'm actually looking forward to the winter to get fat again.... like you :spy:

Lat workout this afternoon

DB Rows - 5 sets of 10, pullups done in between each set

Pullups - 7 sets of 10 bodyweight, 2 sets of weighted, 9 total sets

T-Bar Rows - 3 Sets of 8

Behind the Back Shrugs - 4 sets of 12

Db Rows, unintentionally did 9 reps a side here. Don't know how I managed to lose count not once but twice. Idiocy at it's finest.

lol. It's a long shot from my PB of 260x4. I did weigh 220lbs @20% when that went down though ha.

It's ok John, your bench may be bigger than mine.

thanks for the comments. The waist I'm pretty proud of, I easily fit into 32" jeans, I think my waist is around 31. Smallest it and I have been in quite some time.
