today was cardio only, I ran 6 miles outside, down to the college and back for the scenery (please include women when I say scenery). It felt really good, my glycogen stores were definitely down to near zero with about 1.5 miles left but I pushed through, not gonna let myself hit that wall.

I forgot to add a story to this. My 3rd set of DB Press I lie down and throw the dumbells back like we all do and in the process I hit some guy standing entirely too close. I dropped the dumbells, stood up, looked at the guy and said "what the f-ck?" He and his g/f just looked me like sh-t, and she grabbed him and immediately walked away lol. During my dips a bit later his g/f, not him, comes up to me and apologizes and asks if I was hurt, so that was nice but the fact that the guy couldn't apologize and had his g/f do it for him, yea, we know who wears the pants in that relationship haha.

I do them in the power rack and put the safety bars up high enough where I can stand on them and lift myself high enough.
