lol I'm running 15+ miles a week dude, what do you expect. I'm still getting stronger that's all that matters to me, and when put in perspective I think I'm stronger than I ever have been per pound.

Pound for pound the strongest you've ever been is impressive. Maybe its all that ***** you're getting that's a making you strong like bull.

I'm going to post a workout for old times sake.

I've been back in the gym for nearly 2 months now, I hadn't worked out since last December. In that time I lost a significant amount of weight and muscle. Made my way down to a depressing 160lbs. In the 2 months I've been working out I've put on 30lbs, thank god for muscle memory.

Here was todays session, strength is coming back but certainly not what it once was.

Also did 8 sets of each for biceps and triceps with about 6 sets of calves and called it a day. Figured I'd post this as to give a weekly update on my gains. I'm hoping to hit 275 for 3-5 in another month or so, wish me luck.

just knocking out basic classes right now, I still want to be a teacher though so thats obviously the long term goal

I benched 265x2 today, pretty stoked about that. My goal is 275x3, I'm close.

Yes, you are. The weight in my sig is actually pretty accurate, but I'm in the best shape I've been in since my freshmen year of college. Anyway, nice pressing and big, big shrugs.

My joints have been yelling at me so I'm giving them a rest this week and doing higher reps.

Yesterday I had chest and arms,benching 225x10 for 4 sets was the highlight. Today I did lats and shoulders, db rowed 110x12 for 4 sets. My gym just got these 110lbs too, I certainly needed them. Now if we could get some 130s or 140s so I could row a decent amount of weight I'd be happy.

Today I weighed 202lbs
