I wanted to try something different, and the idea of 25+ reps as of late has struck an interest of mine.

I can go strapless until 315, after that I require the straps to get solid reps. Straps have their place.

cardio, I ran 4 miles, that was it. Simple easy cardio tonight.


btw, yesterday I had my vitals done.

Blood Pressure is 109/52
Pulse (after being awake 4 hours) was 48

and my weight is fluctuating around 176-180.

Db Shrugs - I actually used the advice of a, gulp, bodybuilder, this time around. I saw some seminar video on here the other day and I forget what his name is, but he recommended going light on shrugs, not letting the weight settle pulling your shoulders down, and holding the contraction. In no way do I take this as an "omg that's genius" way of "logical" training, but it is a change from the norm of what I do so why not.

after a week in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina on vacation I'm back bitches.

firstly, I'd like to ask, who the fuck loses 5lbs while on vacation? I just weighed myself and I'm 5lbs less, lol..what...the...fuck. All I ate was garbage and get drunk. oh well, no complaints.

anyway, today I hit some chest and biceps, not going to bother logging exercises and everything. It wasn't too tough, intensity was up weight was a bit down considering I just took a week off.

back at it hard tomorrow.

yea, I'm eating like crap all this week too, probably all the way through this upcoming weekend considering it's 4th of July.

After this upcoming weekend though I'll be back on the clean diet. My training this week and post workout nutrition will not be changing, still going hard in those aspects.

I'm back bitches. I kinda got in some trouble and went to a form of military jail. However, I gained some strength while in there and some size, typical right. I'll start logging my workouts again probably starting next week.

Winter Game Plan:

- Eat plenty, but keep it very simple and clean. (Lots of brown rice and animal proteins)
- Adding anywhere from 10-20lbs wouldn't be a bad thing, but I'm not shooting for any specific number like I have in the past. Whatever weight and gains I achieve from eating a plentiful amount of healthy food is welcome.
- I'm running a 5k the end of this month and a 10k December 20th, so I'll be running a lot. One of my goals is to actually run 10 miles nonstop.
- I'll still be doing cardio 4-5 times a week
- The drinking is being cut down significantly. I was actually ordered to attend a rehab program and attend AA meetings, go figure. I'm cutting down for training purposes though, and just because the alcohol put me in a place mentally where I don't think I'd like to return to.
- The drug use, well, no comment, not in the open forums anyway
