Here's my shoulder workout from the other day along with some chest yesterday
Seated db shoulder press

Db laterals
30x15 for 4 sets
Hammer strength shoulder press
2 plates a side x12; very slow and controlled reps on this day
Chest from yesterday
Incline db press

Flat db press

Hammer strength incline press
2 plates a side x10; slow controlled movements
I did Lats as well but found this amount to be more interesting to share
This afternoon is arms. I'm hoping to close grip 265 for 3-5 reps
