Seated db shoulder press

2 plates a side x12; very slow and controlled reps on this day

That's how I get down.

I have chest tomorrow. I'm going to rep it out and keep the reps around 8-12. However, my first set of bench I'm going all out and seeing what I can do. The most I've ever done with 225 is 18 I do believe and I'd certainly like to surpass that mark.

75g fat

Goal is to lose 1-2lbs a week and reduce calories as needed. I weighed 210.8 today

Day 5 of my diet and things are going well. I may have to increase my calories as I've lost 5lbs in 5 days. I'm going to keep my calories the same until Wednesday then if I have to I'll add 200 to my daily intake. I was eating 3500-4000 daily just to maintain, so it may have been a bit too much.

Trained arms today, close gripped 265x5 and also hit 275x5. Nothing more worth mentioning.

I guess I should state my current stats considering I'm dieting.

6' 205.4lbs down from 211. Body fat is around 15-16%

Weighed 204.8 today. 6lbs loss in a week. Now it should slow down.

Some obliques and abs are beginning to show. Pretty stoked. Yesterday was my first refeed/cheat day. Put down 600g of carbs, felt good.

Had arms today, plus cardio. I don't think I've ever said what I do for cardio... Hmm. Anyway, 20 minute incline walking 4 days a week and 40 minutes on Wednesday. Bodyfat is dropping faster than it ever has and I'm holding on to my weight better than I ever have. Never before have my abs and obliques started showing after less than 2 weeks of dieting. I sense a shredded summer

Weighed 200.4 today. 11lbs in 2 weeks is a little fast. I'm going to cut a day of cardio out, probably Tuesdays. I'm going to keep my calories at 3000 and see what next Monday's weigh in brings

I support this, though you probably should've converted the pace of your incline walking into kilometers/hour. Boom!
