what machine work? the seated dips? I had to do those I didnt have enough time to bother with loading and unloading all the plates on the hammer strenght steated dip. They are the same thing anyway

yep...I train my arms twice a week anyway, one time a week its all supersets, the next time its basic training technique.

If i didnt superset I'd be in there for 2 hours

You sure did dominate those chins, even if you didnt get 60lbs, you are still progressing very nicely. Those pulldowns feel really good, the contract your lats so greatly, i love it! You strength really dominates mine though.

I will be posting my Back for Width soon, I just really got caught up in homework at crap, it is crazy! See ya later, maybe this weekend.
