That was a pretty awesome session. You dont have to superset your entire arm workout. I know you train arms twice a week, so maybe that is why your supersetting it all. But I would just do 3 sets on all the exercises and throw in some drop sets, then maybe do 4 sets on the next arm day. Oh well, whatever.

You better be 200lbs sometime in the middle of October. That would be sweet. And then by January you better be 275, 10-12% BF. muahaha.

you guys dont realize I train arms twice a week. One time I train them with intensity the next time I train them regular.

Pegasus, I train reps different each week so dont give that percent bullshit that "works best" I change it weekly. One week I may go 6, next week I may go 12.

If I didnt superset arms together I would be in the gym for 2 hours, this workout as stands last 90 minutes, I dont like being in their any longer. Even though I'm trying to elongate my sessions I think 90-100 minutes is all the further I'd like to take it.

My arms have grown 1/2" in 3 weeks time, so I must be doing something right :yarly:

hey man chill, no need to be like that. i don't use percentage shit my self i jst go heavy as i possibly can. i jst used th percentage thing to aid my my question. if it works for u then stick to it, all th best.

Tweakie...don't yell at me :tear:. We were just wandering if you felt overtrained doing that much work. But I guess not. You gained 1/2 an inch, you cant argue with results.

Well, I kept it really light on deadlifts because my back has been nagging me for a while now, last week when I did hte 315 I felt it slightly so this week I just wanted to play it safe but I still wanted to deadlift for some stimulation at least.

Great session. You are taking your sweet time to get to 405 on deadlift. But thats ok, you could easily get it if you put effort into it. Those DB rows are awesome, too bad the DB's dont go any higher. Good session overall. See ya later!

I dont want to hurt my back, ever since I hurt it training with you its been kinda iffy week to week. Some weeks better then others so I'm taking it easy until it gets about 20% better, then you will see me get 405 muahahah :spy:

That's how I do it too but I didn't give it a gay label...I just think that's the smarter way of doing it seeing as how you don't have to move the dumbells 20 feet to a bench :2:

Great session man, u got some massive numbers in. that's good that u took it a bit easier on the deadz, the last thing u wanna do is mess it up, ur numbers were still impressive though. but DAMN! those rows are monstrous man. and those chins are freakin great.
