Well tonight was a good session for sure. I kept my squat deep and still got good reps, so I was definetely pleased with that. Although I saw plenty of those white little stars today and felt like vomiting more than once.

I also weighed in right when I got there, and well...I gained 4lbs! BAM! that brings me up to 190lbs and 8lbs total in 3 solid weeks of bulking. I think I found out what really helped put on weight....peanut butter. I've been eating that like crazy.

Great session tweak, those numbers are huge, u are doing awesome on ur front squats, and ur hacksquats look massive, damn man u dominate those leg curls. congrats on the weight gain!

What a great session, you destroyed those lunges, damn! I will catch you in lunges, now that im not dieting, ill show you what real domination is. I think i will stay at 135 for SLDL, just because thats where I can feel the stretch the most, and it feels sooo wonderful. When I got heavier on them, I start to lose that stretch, and thats not good. All your numbers are getting better, and Im trying to keep my squats deep as well.

Good job on the weight gain, peanut butter is pretty amazing. I need to get me some of that sometime. And I need more honey! My oats taste like BLAH again. Well ill see you later!

well if you wrote down all your carb and protein intake like me it would be much much easier :yarly:

Good session man but I don't really think you need both the incline presses and the close grip incline presses. Also, you might not want to superset everything for arms but still you were using damn good weights there.

Great weights used on the "Tweak Press" by the way :hay:

great session tweak! u got great numbers on everything, especially ur DB inclines. bet u got a great pump with all that supersetting.

nice session man, just wonderin though why do u superset all u'r arm movements, i know lee priest does that too, but aren't u tryin to grow at th moment couse u'r in th offseason :S doesn;t it work better for u to do 6-8 reps with +80% u'r max then rest a lil longer so u can go all out again?

TWEAK....what a surprise I get this morning when I read this. You are looking good bro. Those inclines and seated dips are phenominal just like ben said. Yea I was wandering that too...why do you superset all your arm movements. I'm not hatin, just wandering. I know you only train arms once a week right? Does that have something to do with it? Never the less bro, you are looking good and I'm taking your advice and writing all my protien and carbs down for the rest of my bulk. Hopefully I'll be gaining weight like you in no time!!
