Another masterful performance mate. Dominating the session for sure.

Those dips of yours are becoming totally freaky and cracking work on the Incline DB Presses. Lots of supers means total intensity. Ultra sweet work Tweak. Niiiiiiiiiice.

Dang you dominated those Incline presses and those dips! Thats awesome you got the 90s up by yourself, I got the 60s up by myself when I did chest. We dominate! I love all those supersets.

I bet that pump was awesome on Flat db press, I had a nice pump when I did flat db press, it felt wonderful. See ya later!

Yes! You dominated on the Chins! You got the 45lb plate, thats awesome. This was a good session, and it does sound hard. You also pounded away on those calves, you want calves like me, I can tell.

We will have to do another session together. I would like to do chest together just because we do it the same day and what not. Domination! See ya!

Awesome job throwing down those weighted dips like they were nothing! Now I need to step things up the next time I do chins you bastard! One thing I'd do though, even though you're training back for width, is ditch each the straight arm pull downs or the dumbell pull overs and replace it with some sort of rowing movement. One in particular I like for width is wider-grip underhand seated rows, like Flex does at the beginning of Hardbody. I usually get a damn good pump from those (in fact, I'm beginning to wonder why I dont do them more often). Other than that, nicely done hitting calves and abs too; solid job my bulking bro! :weightlifter:

Brutal work Tweak. Those chins are exceptional mate. Keep throwing in sessions like that and you are surely going to have to widen the doors in your place! Didn't neglect a thing there mate, sweet moves indeed.

You sure did dominate. Dips are awesome looking, i thought you could dip more than that?? Too bad about your wrist, i cant believe you still have problems with it, if you really wanted it to heal completely you would have to take alot of time off and its not worth doing that.

We will both dominate our Chest tomorrow, and i will slightly dominate you more. sss sss ss see ya!

well since I started heavier on dips and did 8 reps I didnt really have anything in reserve to go heavier, otherwise I would have given 135 a try again. Starting heavier feels great though, feels like I worked so much harder.
