That was a good session. About time you post your bench numbers. Did you keep your elbows in? Thats some good weight, you will get up to 225 soon enough. Yea, that ab exercise deffinately would have killed me. I hate that exercise, but maybe I will do it again sometime. See ya later!

tweak that chest is gonna catch up to that mammoth back of yours if you keep plugging out these heavy low rep sets keep it up brother :) don't lose heart

Pickle - my chest is probably my strongest bodypart, just not with barbells...its just with barbells when I have the problems :tear:

don't sweat it use it as a shocker every now and then. Dumbells still build good chests. your proof in the pudding:weightlifter:

Not bad tweak, decent weight on incline in comparison to your flat bench workout.

great session man, ur numbers are good, don't be so down on urself about ur bench numbers, those are my worst numbers as well, but we just gotta keep on hittin it and should go up little by little.

Alright, tonight I did Ronnie Colemans Leg workout from Cost of Redemption by request from Ben. I tell ya, doing 4 sets of 30 on Leg Extension before Squats is brutal and totally ruins your Squat lol. We all remember Coleman squatted 800x2 though dont we, just imagine if he didnt do those Leg Extensions before hand :skurred: I smell a 1000lb Squat no kidding.

That was a great session. Ronnie would be proud, lol. The those lunges are awesome, 90lbs is right around the corner for you. I wish my lunges were that good.....keep up the domination!

HA! Me and Ben were telling you that was a brutal, hard-ass workout! Can't wait to hear how you're holding up tomorrow after those 30-rep extentions followed by heavy-ass squats. Keep hitting 'em up my bulking brother, you gotta catch me in weight :weightlifter:

damn tweak, u went hardcore buddy! even though u wore urself out a bit with those excellent sets of extensions, u still got great numbers on ur squats!

You are completly off this planet mate! Jeeeez Tweak, you must have totally fried those quads beyond anything you've ever done before. God only knows how much pain you're gonna be in today!

That is one seriously hardcore leg burn up Mr. Quadtastic and I have to say, to manage to do squats with those numbers, afterwards, is amazing. You weren't shy on the leg press either. Outstanding work mate, true fucking grit right here. Niiiiiiice.

Tonight I had a pretty awesome session. It was a session of Chest and Arms. There was a lot of supersetting however, since I got to the gym and only had 75 minutes to complete a workout that usually takes me 95 minutes :eek4:

Well, I had a really good meal before this workout, I had about 100 carbs before hand which really fueled this workout, here we go.
