Oh I see what you are saying. I think I might try a 45lb plate on dips next week. I think I can do it for about 4-5 reps.

Lookin good tweak, dont worry about those shoulder presses. You blasted everything else and your shoulders got blasted too by doing those reps and weight w/ them already blasted like that. Lookin good maine.

Great my bulking bro! I hope that wrist feels a little better for you soon but you're still doing plenty of weight for your bis that it's not going to be a big hinderance to your development. Those dips are insane bro (you had to outdo me, didn't you :eek5nono:) and don't worry about the shoulder presses, had you done them earlier you would've put up some monster weight. Just hit them even harder next time!

Today was a pretty excellent session, probably one of my more favorite sessions actually. I think any day where I work traps is automatically my favorite day or something, I dunno.

Well, here was todays workout, my bench numbers are still horrible but oh well, I'll still post them.

This was a pretty sweet session. Your bench is improving, and its actually improving quite nicely. In a few months you'll probably be putting up 225 pretty easily.

No powershrugs? OH well, the superset with regular and behind the back shrugs was pretty awesome. I didnt do powershrugs either because some jerk was doing deadlifts on the squat rack, so I did db shrugs. Nice job with the rear raises, laying up against in incline bench while doing that is the best thing, I promise you.

Oh and nice job on the up n overs, im guessing thats some type of movement with the barbell. Nice job on this session, see ya later!

up n overs are a pullover with the EZ Bar then you do a press at the top

my bench will be 225 soon :spy: muahahaha

yea I love doing rear raises on the Incline, It feels so much better.

I'm changing it up with my traps for a little bit, next week I'll be back to Power Shrugs dont you worry muahahah

yep, its just like a pullover with an ez bar, you've done those before havent you? they are pretty awesome.

Ive tried it with a DB, not an EZ bar. They do sound pretty awesome.

Great numbers....HAHA seriously though bro. They loook good man. Don't be bummed about the bench bro. I remember what you said to me one time, "It's not how strong we are, it's how big we are." If you are putting on that mass, dont worry about your numbers, they will catch up. Stellar session anyways man.

so I measured my arms tonight and they are at 16" now at a cold flex :hsughr::hsughr::hsughr:

thats 1/2 inch in about 5lbs! :hsughr::hsughr:

I'll get some more measurements posted soon too!

I dont know why im posting in your log seeing as you have got it in for me in the elimination thread lol, but dont worry about your bench youll soon get it higher, your behind the back shrugs are heavy I always find them hard but maybe its because its after normal shrugs

I'll find out today, I'm hoping I'm up to 6-7lbs total, but we'll see :ughfingers:

Hey bro, bench and inclines look fine to me, especially since you're doing them back-to-back. A lot of work in there and keep hammering those traps if you want them to pop like some people's ;)
