your close grips are always pretty fuckin bomb, and the dips were huuuugeee today. side lats and rear lats are crazy as hell too....your making great use of this bulk, and i dont expect any less from you.

well today, Project Evo, Paulie, and I all got together down in Cincinnati and had a good session together. Did some full body and then ate some subway.

I kept my stance on Squats kinda close too, like just a normal standing stance almost duck like but it was actually much more comfortable for some reason.

Nice job Tweak. Solid workout IMO even tho its not your hardest because of your back. Looking foward to hearing improvements with that back of yours.

I'm just playing bulking bro. Hope your back starts to feel better and even though it was kinda jacked you still managed to work legs to the best of your ability and that takes dedication. Great weight on calves, but next time if you're feeling better and you don't step it up you might get an uppercut from me :49:

my left shoulder seems to be getting worse and worse as the days go by, but I've found a way around it really. I've cut out any potential movements which give it problems, mostly upright row and now seated db shoulder press. Incline DB is still giving it some problems.

I may take this next week off from the gym, I really dont want to, but shoulder injuries are not matter to mess around with. I've been taking some triflex as of recently so hopefully it will help.

It figures that once my back is getting close to where I need it to be to do heavy squats and deadlifts (about 80% haha yea I know) that my left shoulder is going down.

Its to a point where if I just lay on it wrong that it hurts, I cant put it behind my back at all to get a scratch or anything, so I think a week off would really do it some good.

Tomorrow I have Chest and Traps, and then I'll be thinking about taking next week off all saturday and Sunday. Thats all for now guys, thanks for stopping by.

tweaky...thats what happened to my rotator cuff when i tore it....go to a doc now dude, you dont want it to get worse trust me

you're getting strooong man... which is kinda depressing for me coz i've been injured the last 6 months and have become useless... but hey now you're injured i'm feelin a little better about myself! hehe joking man. seriously, you should get it checked out ay coz you don't wanna make it any worse than it already is

ur shoulder hurts bc u do things like a shoulder press of 200lbs!!! thats crazy, i stopped doing heavy shoulder presses bc they hurt my shoulder way too much. nice numbers my friend

Stay safe mate, take CC advise as he has been there and had the shoulder problems. Need to get that all stable again before you try pressin heavy as FC said.
Good luck hope the week off works.
