your sldl "very light" are my heavy ones and they still hurt my back, hope your injuries gets better soon its horrible having a back injury

I like it much better at about 10 reps each set. Db skullcrushers are pretty awesome, I usually do a drop set on my last set of skullcrushers, and it really hurts and its hard to even do the 15's!
