your sldl "very light" are my heavy ones and they still hurt my back, hope your injuries gets better soon its horrible having a back injury

good session. My biceps are starting to get kinda strong suprisingly, it doesnt show from here but I can feel it. I keep the weights light only because with biceps theres no need to try to do as much as weight as you possibly can, they arent really suppose to be strong...Line taught me that :Badger: but I may increase the weight slightly over the next few weeks, maybe only by 5lbs or so..I always train Biceps for pump and perfect form, no need to go 4,5 reps with biceps :e5dunno:

Db Skullcrushers felt great, I liked them a lot. I think I'll be doing them more often.

It made me angry as hell I couldnt get the 95lbs up :no: :no: and then I was so toasted from attempting to get them up I could only manage the 80s for 8 reps :no:

Tweak nice session bro. Very nice. Shame bout those 95's. At least your gym has them though :tear:. Explain the db skullcrushers more for me please. I would like to know how to do these. Excellent session my man. Oh yea I'm gonna pull one out of your book right here. No CLOSE GRIP BENCH!?! :no:

I do close grip on Friday :duh: when I do arms and shoulders :duh:

That was an excellent session! Dont worry about those 95's, you just got the 90's like a few weeks ago. Well im starting to realize also that going heavy on biceps is not so necessary. I like it much better at about 10 reps each set. Db skullcrushers are pretty awesome, I usually do a drop set on my last set of skullcrushers, and it really hurts and its hard to even do the 15's!

What a day of domination. I will be posting my sweet session pretty soon, you will love it. See ya!

Yea I got the 90s a few weeks ago but I only got 5 or 6 of them and today that 8 was pretty simple...I easily have the 100s for 4-5 if I could actually get them up

Keep it up tweakin im glad ur lettin your back heal up man. I tweaked mine today getting it adjusted, i got up wrong and now my lower right side is kinda hurtin :tear: DANGIT!

Stop crying already! That session was short and good. Thats an awesome BB row for keeping the form strict. Nice job. I bet those chins hurt really bad.

I cant wait for this weekend. We will dominate like none other. The worst thing about this weekend is actually getting there, thats gonna piss me off trying to get where were supposed to be. I hate getting lost because then were pretty much screwed unless we have some really awesome directions are help from someone. Well I will see you later!

Great work man, you said you were going to fry your lats and you did not dissapoint. BB rows are exceptional and more importantly you kept your workout to a much more optimal amount of sets with good exercise selection.

Awesome dips my bulking bro! You've really stepped it up a notch with them and even though it looks doubtful, I'm going to try to match or best you during my next session. You killed those delts too man but why'd you train before arms; trying to really bring those guns up? Either way, hit 'em up! :weightlifter:
