I agree with it but more for behind the neck presses for those same reasons, especially becuz its very easy to hurt urself doing behind the neck presses.....Tweak said:whats wrong with the smith machine when doing Military Press?

2.) it also doesn't put quite a bit of stress on my lower back
maybe if I said Smith machine for squats, then you could say boo, otherwise...shut the hell up.
