lookin good tweak, heavy abs wioll definitley build them great. Your bicep looks pretty damn good in that pic, even if your diet was shit for a while the bi stioll looks impressive

Uh, false. First of all, they come in many weights, with 20lbs being close to the upper end.

Second of all, it's physics. Let's do a moment analysis.

If your butt is the fulcrum, then your chest is halfway between it and the top of your head. Therefore, you need half as much weight on your head to get the same effect...i.e. hold a 30lbs DB over your head :no: :no: :no:
