Pisser that your legs are so sore, but still the rest of the session had some good moves in it and then a ton of cardio too!

Yesterday I had my fullbody session, all reps were 12-15, and afterwards I did 45 minutes cardio on the Elliptical :xyxthumbs:

today I did an hour of cardio, 30 minutes on the bicycle. Then a half hour of HIIT up on the indoor track.

My knees are still kinda sore for some reason so the HIIT and every other high impact cardio has been limited, but I've made the best of it :xyxthumbs:

You may have lost a little stregnth but it's nothing major - and it's still more than respectable weight. Especially considering how much cardio you're doing and the bodyweight you're dropping off. Good to see your numbers.

Looking strong all around as far as I'm concerned, Tweak:xyxthumbs: The fact that you're doing enough cardio to slim down the entire cast of The Sopranos doesn't hurt at all either.

Nice workout, especially pullups. Yah who gives a fuck if u lost a little bit of strength here and their, youve prolly been gaining more size backing off the weight a lil bit and perfecting your form,

Your session looked good. How did those BB Rows work out for you? Pretty good weight for not doing them for so long.

Are you going to do like 10 sets of 3 on bench? But with much heavier weight? That would be domination. You power shrugs are excellent of course. Nice job with this session. I hope you continue to post your sessions.

actually I'm not even doing flat bench press. I'm doing quite a few things to improve it though and every four weeks I'm going to be maxing out on dead, squat, and bench. Wednesday I did 3 sets of 3 on close grip and I did 175x3 (BB, not smith machine) and I impressed myself quite a bit with that.

The reps and sets vary a bit with everything, heres my split and take a lot for yourself. I like it a lot

My lats are still the strongest muscle I have by far, Monday I did 5x5 with Weighted chins and managed 25,35,45,45,45 and I also impressed myself with that.

this split will dominate quite a bit, Monday is my next session I might post :spy:
