I'll shoot for it again next week, tomorrow I'm going to run my first 2 miles nonstop, and do that a couple times this week.

I hit cardio twice today, both times were the elliptical, 20 minutes each...great stuff :xyxthumbs:

I don't know the calories :tear:

two rounds of cardio today, no training today though as I'm going to train tomorrow with my g/f.

Cardio before work
- Stairmaster - intensity was low
- 20 Minutes
- I actually forget, 350-375 somewhere in there

Cardio after work
- Stairmaster - intensity was low to moderate
- 30 minutes
- again I didn't pay much attention, 550 I think :e5dunno:

cardio hasn't been as intense, but the frequency of it has definetely increased as I've been going twice a day everyday this week and last week I hit cardio 11 times in 7 days, this week will probably be similar.

Friday I'm actually not going to the gym at all, tomorrow will mark like the 11th straight day I've been in the gym if not more so I'm gonna give my body a rest.

Tweak, you've gotta try that guerilla cardio. I'm sure you'd love it... except while doing it.

I did some HIIT today

5 minutes on the Elliptical for a good warmup
then 8 Sprints up on the indoor track

tomorrow is my day off :Badger: Then back to hitting it hard Saturday

Oh yea, I also did Fullbody tonight with my g/f, she did the same thing, she found it pretty difficult actually but I was proud she hung in there and did her thing.

I don't know how my actual training just slipped my mind :49:

8 two minute sprints
8 two minute jogs

followed by 20 minute moderate intensity on the elliptical

I just ran 2 miles since its such a nice day, I had quite a bit left in me afterwards too. The first mile was a hell of a lot tougher then 2nd mile. Cruise Control baby

the 2nd mile I wasn't breathing nearly as hard, I was doing it so nonchalantly, I'm curious of the science behind that now hmmm.

on the downside while I was walking into my house my calves cramped up, even as I just went up the stairs they were tender. So I'm eating a banana and drinking lots of water.

I'm unsure of the science behind it myself, but I know for me a lot of that has to do with my body loosening up. I need a few minutes just to get my muscles relaxed and not fighting the running movement. I'm starting to do dynamic stretches more as I get older, as a result.

Get some better shoes :no:

You just found your natural breathing rhythm. Sounds funky but try doing something with an unnatural breathing rhythm and then try it with a natural breathing rhythm and you should notice a big difference.

Nice log btw.
